I have noticed these days that many big companies have an outsourced customer service abroad every time you make a phone if any issues occurred. I know a lot of companies does that for less expense to pay someone from other part of the world that would do the job.
In other hand, calling center it pays more in the third world country compared to some local companies. I have a friend who used to work in a calling center and she definitely loved her job. And of course it is a great experienced being able to help customers with their needs.
